This policy applies exclusively to original, unaltered, and unmodified materials. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, natural wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under this warranty. Please note that due to the delicate nature of LED strips, issues related to LEDs are excluded from warranty coverage.
The warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase once activated.
Need to file a claim? Click the button below to complete the claim form. Our quality assurance team will inspect the item at no cost to you. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the item has a defect covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace it promptly.
If the defective product cannot be repaired and an identical replacement is unavailable, we will provide a product of similar style and color.
