Returns & Exchanges
Hassle-Free Returns
This is worry-free shopping at its best. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your order, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your package.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. We do not offer returns on worn/used items.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards;
- Items with obvious signs of use, that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Damaged Item Received
If you received a defective or damaged item, you will need to advise us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please send us an email at info@osno.ca with a picture of the defective or damaged item. We will review your claim and provide you with next steps to remedy the situation.
Liquidation Items
Final Sale items are not eligible for a return. Any item that is marked down 50% off or more is considered a final sale, and as such, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returning Your Item
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date you received your package.
Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it takes about 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Before shipping any return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected thoroughly, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will process the return or exchange.
The ÖSNO Group reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy and you will be notified by email should such an event occur.
Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
